Miru Miru

Taking cue from haikus - short, witty Japanese poems about daily life and nature - this series tells of the adventures of Miru, a little sea otter who, in an effort to understand his new environment, interprets it in his own very personal way making up haikus of his own.

With the main character who shifts easily from exuberance to poetic contemplation, our aim is to create a positive and endearing little hero with whom young viewers can identify.

First TV broadcast on Piwi+ (France), Autumn 2016.
